Peer networks for senior executives and business owners

  1. Learn From Others’ Mistakes (why reinvent the wheel). Bring in your work-related challenges and strategies to confidential peer group meetings with business professionals at your level. Receive honest feedback from people who has no conflict of interest. It is like you have your own ‘Private Advisory board’ or an extension of your management team.
  2. Save time by having a global network of peers who can help you with your challenges on demand through online query function on a mobile app
  3. It is lonely at the top. The higher up the hierarchy you go – the lonelier it gets. Have a group of peers who you trust to share your work-related challenges with. Get their support to solve your issues and receive sympathy.
  4. The easiest way to get a new job in a gig economy is through networking. According to HubSpot 85 percent of all jobs are filled through networking. According to CNBC, 70 percent of all job offerings are not published publicly. THAT MEANS, if you don’t build relationships, you only see 1/4 of the postings available.
  5. Peer networks do not allow sales, promotion or marketing of services and is 100 percent knowledge exchange. Everyone joins to be of service to each other.
  6. Work smarter. A peer group meets 6 times a year for 4 hours. This represents 1 percent of your total working hours in a year.
  7. Stay on top of Industry Trends and new technologies. Get insights and learnings from other industries.
  8. Improve your social skills and look after your mental health. Get outside of your home office to meet with peers from other companies to practise your social skills. Step outside of your comfort zone and improve your self-confidence. Peer networks also arrange a wide range of social activities including tennis, cycling, lunches and networking events both online and in person.
  9. Peer networks are professionally facilitated by certified chairs. Everything is professionally administered, and all meetings are moderated to maximize learnings.
  10. Become a stronger leader. Peer learnings will make you a more competitive leader.
